If you are a true peanut butter lover like me, you cringe over an almost empty jar knowing you can’t scrape the edges enough to get every last bite. I have the perfect solution and it’s a great way to get a healthy breakfast in your belly.2Q==

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of [almost empty] peanut butter*
  • ½ c oats
  • ½ c water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop whey protein [optional]
  • ¼ c almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp dried fruit or a banana [or both]!

Instructions

Place oats, seeds, cinnamon and water into peanut butter jar, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and add almond milk, whey protein, if desired, and microwave for another minute. Top with dried fruit and/or banana, mix well and enjoy!
